Relocating to Finland, I did enroll in the esteemed US Food Future Institute (FFI) to pursue the art of elevated plant-based cuisine.

FFI's year-long program offered a unique blend of innovation, evolved techniques, and artistic stylization, empowe- ring me to explore diverse global cuisines. Through these studies, I revealed my creativity, crafting original recipes and tasting menus, while falling in love with the vast culinary knowledge.
