Vegan Fine dining and consulting

My vegan portfolio is already quite impressive. In the last six months I have prepared several catering projects, the biggest were for 150 and 120 people. Now I want to introduce you to another direction that fascinates me very much and allows me to realize my wildest fantasies in high vegan food.

I've already put together two sets of vegan fine dining gluten-free menus and spent several dozen great dinners in the restaurant area of the hotel Polku Nuuksio.
